Shri Bhimsen Agrawalji had a very humble upbringing. His grandfather worked for society as Social Worker, whereas his father is a businessman. He is the follower of his grandfather. His family relocated to Raipur for growth and development of the business. Kamal Agrawal graduated in commerce Pt. Ravi Shankar Shukla University Raipur, LAWs (LLB) from Sau ka kusum Tai Dabke Law College and joined the family business  at the age of 18 year that also involved his two younger brothers Ashish Agrawal and Vimal Agrawal.

His success largely rested on taking over unprofitable, state-owned industries  and making huge turnovers by boosting the production. He has been responsible for the growth of the business. To attract, nurture, grow and retain the best leadership talent in every sector and industry they operate in is his ambition of life.

Kamal Agrawal has always donated to various local causes. Following the footprints of his grandfather, and taking forward the theme Shree Ramnath Bhimsen Charitable Trust have sponsored several causes. He also believed that individuals can empower themselves through means of good education. Maharaja Agrasen International College, Raipur is an effort by him to contribute to the welfare of the society.

He is the well know social activist, social reformer. Apart from being a social reformer, he has immense interest in singing, collecting coins and stamp, reading religious book, got actively involved amongst the common masses and attempted to educate the uneducated.
As a Trustee of Maharaja Agrasen International College his vision is to develop this college into an excellent centre to provide quality education in commerce, management and computer to this students to make them mature and balanced person who can meet the challenges of this dynamic world and play their role in creating the better world.

Passion, he feels, is an important tool to achieve success, as it brings a certain amount of discipline, sustainability, the fact that you can be such more productive, much more lateral in the way you think, about the  business    you    doing.
